Please see responses to some Frequently Asked Questions relating to reservations, vouchers and experiences at Lucas Maes Restaurants.
RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
Reservations for any of our restaurants can be made via web, telephone, email, social media e.g Instagram, Facebook, or other web pages e.g El Tenedor / The Fork.

If you reserved online you can cancel/amend your reservation in the same way, please see your booking confirmation email for more information.

For any urgent requests relating to an existing booking, please contact the corresponding restaurant directly, as indicated on your booking confirmation contact details.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
All our restaurants offer vegetarian and pescatarian menus. For any other special dietary requirements please contact the restaurant directly or email us at reservas@lucasmaes.com
ACESSIBILITY
Are your restaurants adapted for guests with special mobility needs, like wheelchairs?

All our restaurants are adapted for people with disabilities, but you should be aware that in the exterior surroundings of the restaurants, you may encounter some difficulties. In case of doubt, please contact us.

VOUCHERS, SPECIAL EVENTS AND MASTERCLASSES
I have a gift voucher, how can I use it?

All our gift vouchers can be used in any of our restaurants. You need to reserve your table online or via telephone directly with the restaurant as usual. You will be able to use the monetary value of your voucher towards the A La Carte menu, or you can use your voucher for a set menu, if this is what your voucher states.

If you have a masterclass or special event voucher you can also book your table online at www.lucasmaes.com/events.



Can I get a refund for my voucher?

Refunds can only be offered within 7 days of purchase, with proof of receipt, please email admin@lucasmaes.com should you wish to claim a refund for your experience. If you are outside of the 7-day period, then regretfully no refunds are offered, however any events or masterclass voucher can also be used as monetary value at any of our restaurants.



I am due to attend a masterclass – how do I know if it is going ahead, and can I move it to another time?

Should your masterclass reservation be during temporary closure period, a member of our team should have been in contact with you to inform you and extend your voucher. Should you have any further questions please email your query to events@lucasmaes.com and we will assist you.

PRIVATE DINING AND EVENTS / GROUP BOOKINGS
I would like to reserve a private dining experience, or special event. What do I need to do?

For all new events/ group reservations, please email events@lucasmaes.com and we will help you to organize your event. Please note that some Government regulation restrictions may apply to your event /experience.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL OUR GUESTS
Please be advised we are complying with all Government guidelines and we ask that our guests do the same.

Your wellbeing is important to us, please note we have introduced new measures into all our restaurants, including social distancing, enhanced cleaning and hand sanitizer stations. If you or any of your party are feeling unwell, especially if you have a high temperature, a new persistent cough or a loss of taste or smell, please contact us to cancel your booking.
